I have purchased from City Volkswagen of Evanston in the past. First time working with the Chicago location, my Evanston sales rep recommended Laura and we spoke and she was great to deal with. When I actually purchased my CPO 2025 Tiguan I worked with a relatively new sales rep Ian and he was great to work with as well. Had a very good experience with the whole team and would recommend purchasing a Volkswagen from any of the locations.

Can’t say enough good things about Alex Rocha. To echo previous reviews, he is patient, knowledgeable , and offers no-pressure service. I brought an entire entourage of opinionated family members and he navigated conversations with each of them respectfully and amicably. I couldn’t be happier with my Taos! I also want to give a shoutout to Rob who offered us a great deal with respect to my recent graduate budget. Overall, I’d recommend this dealership over and over!
