I recently purchased my Volkswagen Tiguan, from this location and I must attest, after visiting three other locations, test driving other models/ or the same one and negotiating with other agents, it was at this precise location where I had the greatest experience and knew this is where I would be purchasing my new Tiguan. Laura assisted me. The vehicle was washed, clean and ready for a test drive. Laura was very knowledgeable of each component of the vehicle and patient with any questions I had. I prayed for the right agent and God answered my prayers with her and Edgar, which also assisted me in my purchase. I left this location feeling relieved, thankful and I knowing I made the right decision. I will forever be Grateful.

We had a great experience at City Volkswagen of Chicago!! We got a 2024 Jetta SE!! They understood my needs and had time and patience to show me multiple cars, i worked with Lazaro a day before and closed the deal with David! Both super nice and understanding. I had my 5 year old and they were super nice, patience and understanding with her as well. We droved to another lot where this car was, they gave a super deal on both my trade in and the Jetta. Saturday morning we were there to sign and take our new baby home!!! My dad has gotten cars at other dealers and he couldn't stop taking of how nice, and how they explained everything well. We currently have 2 Jetta's home, and were exited that we added another one!!! VW Fam!! :) <3 I super recommend this place!!!!
