Alex Rocha ensured a great experience from beginning to end. Ray was professional and sincere in helping us look at the new Tiguans. He was knowledgeable and easy to communicate with; he made the purchase and trade-in process easy and painless. What would've likely been a 1-2 star complaint was saved by Auzi Williams. She was incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. This was my 2nd visit for tire services, had a screw in my tire. I was told the tire and rim protection plan I pay for was not in effect, same issue as my 1st visit, where i was told that It was rectified. Ms.Williams was able provide me recourses to get that information/proof I needed, so that I wouldn't be stuck paying for work I have coverage for. Much appreciated and very thankful.

Laura is a wonderful, helpful and kind sales person - never pushy, always full of information and options. I'll work with her every time, given the chance. The dealership is clean and organized. I only wish they had free parking available (a small price to pay in the city). I had another great experience leasing my Tiguan!

Drove to the dealership and Alex got me in the car and out the front door in no time (and they even filled the tank on my new car!) Highly recommend!
