I usually take time to do my research of cars/suv that fits my needs. I also research the webpage of the dealership and see what type of personals or staffs. As I scan thru their website I knew who to ask for, sure enough as we walked in the door. The 1st person that greeted us was the same person that I had in mind. That is Mr. Brian Flores, he was very heIpful, patient with us and very honest and sincere to our needs. I decided on purchasing a 2026 Volkswagen Atlas CS for its style and price point. I've had owned other European cars in the past and this would be my 1st VW. Thank you Brian!!

Brian was the sales person who sold me my 2023 Taos. Not only was he not pushy (I was told they are salaried, so no hard sell needed) he was very friendly, funny and explained many of the features of the car. I was there for a while, and the feel of City VW of Chicago was so friendly, low key and a really nice vibe. I would recommend them.
