Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! I can’t say enough good things about Alex and Juan. We were not the easiest customers to work with because we were dealing with the total loss of our previous vehicle, which meant there was a LOT of additional paperwork and documentation needed for the financing. Alex and Juan were incredibly patient, friendly, welcoming, and helpful through the entire process. They kept constant communication with us, answered our questions, worked through the paperwork and financing with us, and never made us feel like we were a burden or a difficult customer.
